HP OmniBook 16 AI with 32GB RAM drops to $1,300
TechRadar reports that a 32GB/1TB configuration of the HP OmniBook 16 AI laptop is selling for $1,299.99 at Amazon. The machine has a 16-inch 2K (1920 x 1200) IPS touchscreen, a six-core AMD Ryzen AI 7 445 with a 50 TOPS NPU, Radeon 840M integrated graphics, 32GB of DDR5, a 1TB NVMe SSD, two USB-C and two USB-A ports, HDMI 2.1, a 1080p IR camera with privacy shutter, Wi-Fi 6 and Windows 11 Pro. The article notes that Amazon's $2,399.99 "typical price" comes from a third-party seller and may not reflect what the laptop usually costs, and that TechRadar has not tested this model itself.
For buyers who want a Copilot+-capable machine before analysts' predicted laptop price hikes, the 32GB RAM and 1TB storage make this configuration relatively future-proof.
