亚马逊传拟约70亿美元收购Decart
《华尔街日报》报道，亚马逊正就收购旧金山AI初创公司Decart进行谈判，交易估值可能在70亿美元左右；彭博社与IT之家等均转述了这一消息。Decart成立于2023年，主打跨芯片适配软件DOS，可让AI工作负载在英伟达GPU、亚马逊Trainium和谷歌TPU等不同硬件间迁移，同时开发实时视频模型Lucy和交互式环境模型Oasis。报道称，Anthropic曾在8月洽谈以约60亿美元收购Decart，9月尽职调查后放弃，英伟达也曾被列为潜在买家；亚马逊与Decart均未就此置评，交易价格仍存变数，TechRepublic提到CTech曾报道约55亿美元的可能性。
若交易达成，将补上AWS自研Trainium芯片在软件迁移层的能力，降低客户从英伟达生态切换的门槛；但报道也指出，Decart宣称的加速效果能否适用于客户自有模型仍是关键疑问。
Amazon is in talks to buy the AI startup Decart in a deal that could value it at about $7bn, The Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday. Kate Clark and Lauren Thomas reported the talks, citing people familiar with the matter.
A deal could come soon if the talks do not fall apart and no other buyer steps in, the Journal said. TNW has not independently verified the report. Amazon declined to comment outside regular business hours, and Decart did not respond to requests for comment, Reuters reported.
