HONOR Magic9 series launches with MagicOS 11 and 397B agent model
HONOR unveiled three flagships — Magic9 Pro Max, Magic9 and Magic9 Ultra — starting at 6,499, 4,999 and 4,499 yuan, centered on an ARRI-branded dual-200MP imaging system, a cinematic shotgun mic and a 2nm Snapdragon platform. All three ship with MagicOS 11, which carries a 397B agent model co-developed with Alibaba and marks the first commercial deployment of the Agent Harness framework, alongside an upgraded YOYO assistant and what HONOR calls the industry's first AI call assistant. China Mobile and HONOR also launched a token bundle starting at 169 yuan/month with 50 million mobile tokens, piloted in six cities.
Putting a hundreds-of-billions-parameter agent model and agent runtime directly into the phone OS layer is a useful test case for on-device AI agents.
