   XtalPi details Kodexia closed-loop AI platform for siRNA drug discovery

   XtalPi outlined Kodexia, its closed-loop platform that combines generative AI, biological modeling and automated experiments to speed siRNA therapy discovery, and highlighted six proprietary preclinical programs spanning metabolic, renal, respiratory and central nervous system diseases, more than half of which have completed animal efficacy testing. At its core is XtalPi's siFormer architecture; the company says internal preclinical benchmarking showed molecular design efficiency nearly three times that of conventional workflows, and that over 50% of first-round designs across multiple programs showed stronger in vivo activity than positive controls. XtalPi also says its lead IgA nephropathy program reached non-human primate efficacy data in seven months with greater activity and durability than a clinical-stage reference molecule — all company-reported figures.
