   Nvidia disputes spying concerns involving an executive at customer Megaspeed

   Nvidia disputed a New York Times report that U.S. intelligence agencies surveilled Alice Huang, an executive associated with Singapore-based cloud provider Megaspeed International, citing concerns that she could be spying for China. The surveillance account relied on unnamed sources. Nvidia said Megaspeed was a regional cloud customer, Huang’s interactions with CEO Jensen Huang were normal, and customers could not access Nvidia’s commercial or national-security information. Nvidia also said allegations that regional cloud providers diverted restricted AI chips to China were investigated in 2025 and debunked.
