   Mecka AI raises $60M Series B led by Sequoia, with Nvidia, Microsoft M12 and Qualcomm

   Mecka AI has raised $60 million in Series B funding led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Nvidia, Microsoft's M12 and Qualcomm. The company is building technology to help robots understand and operate in the physical world. CEO and cofounder Josh Gao told Bloomberg Tech that data is robotics' biggest challenge, saying Mecka AI captures everything from physical interactions to force and pressure, and that scaling physical AI will require major investment in sensors, infrastructure and real-world data collection.
