   Nvidia-backed AI drug developer Iambic files for US IPO, seeking up to $159M

   Iambic Therapeutics has disclosed a prospectus for a US initial public offering of 9.375 million common shares at an expected price of $15 to $17 each, aiming to raise roughly $141 million to $159 million. Founded in 2019, the company has raised $461.8 million from technology and healthcare investors. Its major shareholders include Catalio Capital Management, Nexus Venture Partners and Coatue, as well as Nvidia and the Qatar Investment Authority's healthcare-focused investment arm.
