   LogicMonitor adds multi-agent investigations to Edwin AI at Elevate

   At its Elevate event in Chicago, LogicMonitor detailed enhancements to its Edwin AI offering, including multi-agent investigations, integration with existing workflows, governed automation, and integrations with Catchpoint and OpenTelemetry. The company said GlobalFoundries cut alert noise by 98% through Edwin AI and reached 98% observability modernization deployment in six months, while managed service providers described an AI agent that identified a technical issue in roughly three minutes after engineers had spent 40 to 50 hours on it. LogicMonitor also said 95% of its employees adopted ChatGPT within four months and created more than 2,000 custom GPTs in the first year, with an AI sales assistant saving staff half a day each week. Note that theCUBE is a paid media partner for the event, and the performance figures come from vendor and customer accounts.
