Cohere opens first Ottawa office, expanding Canadian footprint

Cohere announced its first office in Ottawa, located adjacent to Lansdowne Park, as a permanent home for its growing team in Canada's capital. The company says it already has nearly 30 employees across the Ottawa region in go-to-market, engineering, infrastructure, security and sovereign AI roles, with that presence expected to expand. The move follows Cohere's earlier naming-rights partnership for the city's largest convention facility, now the Cohere Centre.
