   Claude Enterprise adds smart reports, surveys and pooled budgets

   Anthropic said smart reports, in-app surveys and pooled group budgets are generally available for Claude Enterprise as of October 28, 2026. Smart reports analyze a sample of team transcripts, group work into workstreams and show associated spend, deliverables and friction points. In-app surveys gather feedback about Claude use, while pooled group budgets set shared monthly limits alongside individual seat limits. Smart reports are off by default, and availability varies by configuration, including for organizations with HIPAA setups or customer-managed encryption keys.
