   Anthropic launches Claude Frontier Academy with $100M to certify 10,000 engineers

   Anthropic this week introduced Claude Frontier Academy, committing $100 million with a goal of training 10,000 engineers by the end of 2027. Enrollment is currently by organizational nomination, mainly for enterprise customers and partners, with the first cohort drawn from Accenture, Bain, Deloitte and Morgan Stanley, and courses already running in San Francisco, New York and London. Participants attend a four-day in-person session, then spend 12 weeks on a real project inside their organization and pass a second hands-on assessment to earn the Claude Frontier Deployed Engineer badge, with the first final certifications expected in early 2027.
