   Circle K Cuts DevOps Triage Time with Amazon Bedrock Agents

   Circle K built an agentic AI system on Amazon Bedrock that investigates DevOps incidents and sends structured summaries of probable causes to Slack within minutes. According to the AWS Machine Learning Blog and Circle K’s internal incident-response metrics, mean triage time fell from 45–60 minutes to under 15 minutes, a reported reduction of 67–75%. The system initially used Amazon Bedrock Flows and Knowledge Bases before moving to a single agent on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime.
