- Alibaba's Qianwen Go personal agent opens trial applications inside Qianwen app
On Oct 13, Qianwen's official WeChat account said applications for its Personal Agent "Qianwen Go" are now open inside the Qianwen app, with access to be rolled out in batches, and clarified that it is not a standalone app but an agent embedded directly in Qianwen. The company said the agent can query and operate authorized platforms, compare options and contact service providers, with first-batch tasks including flight-delay compensation, e-commerce price protection, car-maintenance booking and sports-venue reservations. In test cases cited by Hard AI, it found China Eastern flight MU2445 among orders from four airlines and, after several rounds of negotiation, obtained a 70-yuan cash payout to Alipay; a separate Taobao price-protection case returned a 52-yuan difference — single demo cases with no independent evaluation.
