报道称，考克斯恩将应纽约市议会议长朱莉 · 梅宁的要求出席作证。朱莉 · 梅宁敦促人工智能举报人出庭作证，与此同时，市议员们正在审议一揽子法案，旨在为这项技术制定相关保障措施。
